Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Getquwwa gym subscription payments processed by Quwwa Information Technology Company ("Getquwwa"). By subscribing, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
2. Payment Methods
Getquwwa currently supports the following payment methods for gym subscriptions:
- Moyasar (online) — Card, MADA, Apple Pay, and STC Pay. Payments are processed instantly and your subscription is activated immediately upon successful payment.
- Bank transfer — You submit a transfer request with proof. Your subscription is activated only after our team verifies the payment. No access is granted until approval.
- Cash — You submit a cash payment request. Your subscription is activated only after our team confirms receipt. No access is granted until approval.
3. Free Trial
New gym accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no payment required. If you cancel before the trial ends and have not subscribed, no charges apply.
4. Subscription Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the payment method and timing:
- Moyasar payments: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment if you have not materially used the Platform during the paid period. Partial refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
- Bank transfer / cash payments: If your payment has not yet been approved and activated, you may cancel the request before approval with no charge. Once approved and activated, standard refund rules apply.
- Refunds are not available for partial months already consumed, except where required by Saudi consumer protection law.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date. No refund is issued for the remaining days of a billing period unless required by law.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. Please email us first so we can resolve the issue promptly.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email help@getquwwa.com with your gym name, payment date, amount, payment method, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds for Moyasar payments are processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
